Thank you for supporting New London Landmarks!

All of us at New London Landmarks are proud of the work we've done this past year, including researching and writing plaque texts and web content for the Black Heritage Trail, highlighting HOPE's work creating affordable housing on historic Belden Street, and finishing our work on Linwood Bland, Jr.'s former house on 23 Franklin Street.

We're also excited about the programs we're planning for next year: our first annual meeting since the pandemic began (attendees will be able to see the restoration work in City Hall!), a documentary film by former executive director Constance Kristofik on the history of New London's LGBTQ community, a talk by Barbara Nagy and Rick Gipstein on New London architect Dudley St. Clair Donnelly's work, and a talk on Shepherd's Tent and the Great Awakening by historian and author Thomas S. Kidd.

Most of all, we're grateful to the donors who've supported our work, especially over the last few years when in-person programs were cancelled and our community had so many needs.

Thank you for making our work possible!
